Talmud for Ketubot 153:11

והמקמץ: מאי מקמץ אמר רב יהודה זה המקבץ צואת כלבים מיתיבי מקמץ זה בורסי ולטעמיך תיקשי לך מתניתין המקמץ והמצרף נחושת והבורסי

“Who gathers”. What does “who gathers” mean? Rav Judah said: One who gathers dogs’ excrement. They objected: “One who gathers” this refers to a tanner. But even according to your view, would not the Mishnah be a difficulty, “One who gathers, or is a coppersmith or a tanner.”

Jerusalem Talmud Ketubot

HALAKHAH: “The following one forces to divorce: Those smitten with boils,” etc. “The meqammeṣ.” This is the dung collector; but some say it is the tanner. Rebbi Ze‘ira said, the Mishnah implies that this is the dung collector since we have stated: “The meqammeṣ and the tanner.”166The Babli, 77a, explains the problem away that in the opinion of the dissenting Tosephta (7:11) there are different kinds of tanners, smelling differently. “The brass refiner.” Samuel said, that is the one who smelts brass from its ore167In the Babli, 77a, this is only one opinion; Rav disagrees and holds that he repairs metal pots..
